4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before check-in time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their conduct during their stay and for any damages caused to the hotel property. Smoking is prohibited in all non-smoking rooms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SSH Hotels acts as an intermediary between users and hotels and is not liable for any issues arising during the stay, including but not limited to service quality, cleanliness, or safety concerns.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

SSH Hotels ("we", "our", "us") operates the platform for short stay hotel bookings. We collect user details such as name, phone number, email and payment details only for booking and service purposes.

Information Usage

We do not share personal information with third parties except payment gateways and hotel partners involved in the booking.

Data Security

All payments are encrypted and secure. Users can request data deletion by contacting support@sshhotels.in.
